Dutch Hash


Ingredients:
2 c. cooked beef 2 medium onions 1 Tbsp. flour 2 Tbsp. butter 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. vinegar 1 Tbsp. sugar salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Slice onions. In a large skillet, heat butter, then add onions. Sauté until onions are softened and translucent. Cut beef into bite-sized pieces. Add to onions. Brown. Shake flour into onions and beef, stirring to coat. Sprinkle on sugar, stirring to coat. Pour in water and vinegar. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Cover and simmer 10-15 min. Correct seasoning (season to taste with salt and pepper). Serves 4.
