14 oz. (1 package) caramels
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, cubed
2 Tbsp. water
5 cups miniature pretzels
One 18 oz. jar chunky peanut butter
One 26 oz. bag milk chocolate candy coating
Directions:
In a microwave safe bowl, melt caramels with buter and water. Stir until smooth. Spread one side of each pretzel with 1 tsp. peanut butter and top with 1/2 tsp. of the caramel mixture. Place on waxed paper lined cookie sheets. Chill until set.
In a separate microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate coating. Using two small forks, dip each pretzel into melted coating until completely covered. Gently shake off the excess and place the pretzel on waxed paper. Let stand until set. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Makes approx. 8 dozen. Enjoy! -Diana
