Chinese Soups recipes

Ingredients: Metric Units
5 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 lightly beaten egg
1/3 cup sliced fresh spinach leaves
2 green onions (scallions), sliced
Directions:
In a large saucepan, bring the broth and sugar to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low. Drizzle the beaten egg into hot broth. Remove from heat; stir in spinach and onions. Serves 4. Enjoy! -Diana
