Chocolate Chocolate Chunk Cookies

2 cups flour 3/4 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp.baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup butter (no substitutes), softened 2/3 cup white sugar 2/3 cup packed dark brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract (don't use the fake stuff or I'll hunt you down) 2 eggs One 11.5-oz. bag chocolate Chunks

These cookies are awesome. You will wish that you made a double batch. Really, these cookies are what every afterschool snack wishes it could grow up to be. (on cookies) "There really is no other kind but chocolate chip. Except chocolate chunk. Or chocolate chocolate chip. Or Chocolate Chocolate Chunk." -my oldest friend Eric Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in a large bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour mix. Stir in chunks. Drop by rounded Tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets (six per sheet). Bake for 9 to 11 mins. or until cookies are puffed and centers are set but still soft. Cool on sheets for 2 minutes, then remove to wire racks for cooling completely. Makes approx. 40 cookies. Enjoy! -Diana
