Post-Thanksgiving Salad


Ingredients:
3.5 cups diced cooked turkey 4 ribs celery, sliced 4 green onions, sliced 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. dill weed or dried tarragon 1/4 tsp. salt a few twists of fresh-ground black pepper Lettuce leaves for plate
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine turkey, celery, green onions, pecans and bell pepper. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper; stir into turkey mix. Refrigerate until serving. Serve on lettuce leaves. Serves 6. Enjoy! -Diana
