Herbed Rib Roast More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
1 beef rib roast (about 6 lbs.)
1 Tbsp. dried crushed rosemary
1 Tbsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. rubbed sage
1 tsp. fresh cracked pepper

In a small bowl, combine the herbs, salt and pepper. Rub over roast.

Place roast, the fat side up, on a rack in a large roasting pan.

Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 1 3/4 (1h45m) to 2 1/4 (2h15m) hours or until meat reaches desired doneness (use a meat thermometer).

Remove roast to a warmed serving platter (Don't skip warming the platter! It may sound silly, but I cracked a china platter!), let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serves 12. Enjoy! -Diana
