Ingredients: Metric Units
2 tsp. yeast
6 Tbsp. warm water
6 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. rye flour (opt.)
1.75 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Add milk, oil, cornmeal, rye flour and 3/4 cup of regular flour into a bowl. Add yeast and warm water and mix until blended. Add remaining flour and knead on floured surface. Let sit covered in bowl for 1 hour and then spread onto a cookie sheet. Top with tomato sauce, pizza toppings and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 mins. (until edges of dough are brown in color). Enjoy! -Diana
