1 recipe of pancakes...like Swedish Pancakes or Textbook Swedish Pancakes 1 1/4 c. heavy cream or whipping cream raspberry jam

Prepare pancakes, set aside. Whip cream. Make a stack, alternating layers of pancakes, jam and whipped cream. Garnish with a dollop of cream and a spoonful of jam.
