Cut tortillas into strips or wedges. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Lay tortilla pieces in a single layer on sheet. Spray with nonstick spray. Season to taste with the seasoning of your choice.
Bake in a 400°F oven for 5 minutes. Shake. Bake another 2 minutes, or until chips are crispy.
Serve with salsa or guacamole.
