Jalapeño Piñon Dressing

1/4 c olive oil lime juice of (1 lime) 1 tsp honey 1 lg jalapeño, seeded 1 Tbsp piñon nuts 1 tsp salt 1 sm garlic clove

Combine all ingredients. Use over Ensalada de Aguacate.
