Hoagie Salad


Ingredients:
1/2 lb. sliced ham 1/2 lb. sliced salami 1/2 lb. sliced capocola 1/2 lb. sliced provolone cheese 1/2 lb. sliced American cheese 2 c. lettuce, chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped 1/2 c. Italian dressing
Directions:
First, go to the deli counter. Once you're home, dice the sliced lunchmeats and place in a large bowl. Dice the cheese in the same size and add to the bowl. You'll end up with basically lunchmeat and cheese confetti. Don't throw it, though. Dice lettuce and tomatoes in the same size. Toss to combine. If the party isn't today, then refrigerate, covered. Add dressing immediately before serving (elsewise the lettuce loses its verve). Serve with rolls or eat it with a fork.
